Note that custom-made and made-to-measure Kilt Outfits are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your Kilt Outfits and would prefer a refund, you may request one within 14 days of receipt. Please note that custom-made and made-to-measure Kilt Outfits are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customization and patches:
Customization options, including custom colors, custom designs, and custom name patches, are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on exchanges and refunds.
Condition:
All Kilt Outfits must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Kilt Outfits that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
